Frozen Lime Padding
|Fruit cocktail||1 Can (10 oz) (Including Liquid)|
|Lemon pudding and pie filling mix||77 Gram (Or Lime Flavored)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whipped topping mix||1 Tablespoon (Prepared As Directed)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain fruit, reserving liquid.
Add enough water to liquid to make 2 1/4 cups.
Combine pudding, sugar and 1/4 cup liquid in a saucepan.
Add egg and blend well.
Stir in remaining liquid.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Chill for 1 hour.
Blend prepared topping into pudding mixture.
Add fruit and nuts.
Pour into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan and freeze.
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
