Shrimp In Hot Lime Butter
|Light beer||170 Milliliter|
|Curry powder||1 Milliliter|
|Dill seeds||2 Milliliter|
|Medium shrimp||500 Gram|
|Melted butter/Clarified butter||To Taste|
|Lime rind/Lemon rind||1|
Pour the light beer into a large microwave-safe bowl, add the curry, paprika, dill and onion.
Bring to boil 4 minutes at HIGH.
Add the shrimp.
Cover and microwave 2 minutes at HIGH.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
Remove the shrimp to a warm dish with a perforated spoon.
Add the lime or lemon juice and the rind to the melted or clarified butter and serve with the shrimp.
Peel off the shell and dip each shrimp in the hot lime butter.
Serve with lemon rice and hot crusty bread.
