Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1 Small
Directions

Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt.
Remove from heat, and add remaining ingredients; toss.
Transfer rice to a serving dish.
