Coconut and Lime Gummy Cups

I hope you like my recipe for coconut and lime gummy's.


Boiled water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml)
Lime jello/Lime jelly 85 Gram (1 packet)
Coconut cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml)
Unflavored gelatin 10 Gram
Shredded coconut 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lychee 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (3
Cinnamon sugar 1 Pinch



1. In a heat proof jug, pour boiled water and add lime jello in it. Mix to dissolve.

2. Add coconut cream and stir well.

3. In a small saucepan, pour 1/3 cup of cold water and add gelatin in it. Let it rest for 3-4 minutes.


4. Place the pan on low/medium flame, stir and cook for 5 minutes or until the crystals dissolve.

5. Pour the coconut cream mixture and mix well.

6. In small glasses pour the mixture about 2/3 way up. Pop in refrigerator for about 4 hours or until set. You may also pop in freezer for 90 minutes to speed up the process.

7. Meanwhile, place a frying pan on low medium heat and toast coconut for a couple of minutes. Transfer it to a small bowl and allow it to cool.


8. Put lychee on top of coconut cream and sprinkle toasted coconut and cinnamon.


9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
