Cilantro Lime Dipped Shrimp

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Jumbo shrimp 16 Large, peeled, deveined, tails removed (Uncooked)
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a bowl, add oil, lime juice, cilantro, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and mix well to make a marinade.
2 Put the shrimps in the marinade and place in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
3 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
4 On each skewer, arrange about 4 shrimps and grill horizontally for 1 1/2-2 1/2 minutes.

SERVING
5 Serve immediately.
