|Dried hibiscus flowers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Ice water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar substitute||10 Teaspoon (10 Packets)|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Put hibiscus flowers in a heatproof bowl.
Pour in boiling water and let steep 5 minutes, then strain into a large pitcher.
Stir in ice water.
When ice is melted, stir in 1/4 cup of the lime juice and sugar substitute.
Taste and add more lime juice if too sweet.
Serve over ice in tall glasses.
