Hibiscus Limeade

  Dried hibiscus flowers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Ice water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar substitute 10 Teaspoon (10 Packets)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Put hibiscus flowers in a heatproof bowl.
Pour in boiling water and let steep 5 minutes, then strain into a large pitcher.
Stir in ice water.
When ice is melted, stir in 1/4 cup of the lime juice and sugar substitute.
Taste and add more lime juice if too sweet.
Serve over ice in tall glasses.
