Lime Frosted Papaya

Ingredients
  Ripe papayas 3 , chilled, halved and seeded
  Fresh grape leaves/Fig leaves 6 , washed
  Lime sherbet 3 Cup (48 tbs) (6 Scoops, Fresh)
  Thin lime slices 6
Directions

Place each papaya half on a large grape leaf on a dessert plate.
Put a scoop of sherbet in each half.
Garnish each with a lime slice.
Sprinkle lightly with rum if you wish.
Makes 6 servings.
