Lime Frosted Papaya
|Ripe papayas||3 , chilled, halved and seeded|
|Fresh grape leaves/Fig leaves||6 , washed|
|Lime sherbet||3 Cup (48 tbs) (6 Scoops, Fresh)|
|Thin lime slices||6|
Place each papaya half on a large grape leaf on a dessert plate.
Put a scoop of sherbet in each half.
Garnish each with a lime slice.
Sprinkle lightly with rum if you wish.
