Ingredients
  Lime juice 4 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From 3-4 Limes)
  Caster sugar 8 Tablespoon
  Carbonated water 1 1⁄2 Pint (900 Milliliter)
  Ice cubes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Serve:)
  Lime slice 2 (To Serve:)
  Mint sprig 2 (To Serve:)
Directions

1. Pour the lime juice into a large jug. Add the sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved completely. Add the carbonated water and stir to mix for about 2 minutes. Chill until required.
2. To serve, top with ice cubes and lime slices and decorate with mint sprigs.
