Chilli Lime Legs
|Lime juice||2 Ounce (1/4 Cup / 60 Milliliter)|
|Buttermilk||2 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Cup / 60 Milliliter)|
|Sweet chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced salt soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken drumsticks||12 , skinned|
1. Place lime juice, buttermilk, chilli sauce and soy sauce in a shallow glass or ceramic dish and mix to combine. Score each drumstick in several places, add to lime juice mixture, turn to coat, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
2. Preheat barbecue to a medium heat. Drain chicken well and reserve marinade. Place chicken on lightly oiled barbecue grill and cook, basting frequently with reserved marinade and turning occasionally, for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
