Crunchy Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, finely chopped
  Red onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Jalapeno 2 , finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Fresh cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped to make 1/4 cup
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Let the salsa sit at room temperature for at least an hour before serving.
Makes 2 cups.
