Sea Scallops Grilled With Lime Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Lime zest 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sea scallops 1 Pound (About 12)
  Limes 3 , thinly sliced
Directions

Combine butter, lime zest, and lime juice in a small bowl.
Thread scallops and lime pieces onto 4 bamboo skewers, alternating 3 scallops with 2 lime pieces per skewer.
Place skewers on a grill about 4 to 6 inches from hot coals, brush with lime butter, and grill for 2 to 3 minutes, turning and basting often with lime butter.
