Tomatoes And Shrimp Lime Double Decker

Ingredients
For shrimp aspic layer
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (2 Cups, 1 Can)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery leaves 3 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole clove 1
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unflavored gelatin 1
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Cleaned shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients; simmer 5 minutes.
Strain.
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in hot tomato mixture.
Add lemon juice.
Chill aspic till partially set.
Dip shrimp in the aspic; arrange against side of mold, atop firmly set lime layer; chill till set.
Pour in remaining aspic.
Chill firm.
Unmold on greens.
