Mango And Lime Whip
|Liquid honey||3 Tablespoon|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
1. Cut the mangoes either side of the stone; remove 3 slices of mango, cut in half and set aside for decoration. Scoop out all the flesh and place in a blender or food processor. Add the honey and lime juice and work until smooth. Fold into the cream carefully.
2. Whisk the egg white until stiff, then fold into the mango cream.
