Cornish Hens With Lime
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Add More, If Needed)|
|Soy sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Limes||2 , juiced|
|Fresh pepper||To Taste|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Season hens with salt and pepper; brush with butter.
Place on rack in roasting pan.
Combine remaining ingredients for basting sauce.
Roast hens 20 minutes; remove from oven.
Brush with basting sauce.
Return to oven.
Continue to roast 30 minutes or longer, basting several times.
