Jalapeno Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
  Jalapenos 6 , stems and seeds removed and chopped very fine
  Onion 1 Large, chopped very fine
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped very fine
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Fresh cilantro 1 1⁄2 Bunch (150 gm), chopped very fine (Small Bunch)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Less To Taste)
Directions

Mix everything together.
Let it stand at room temperature for about an hour to let flavors blend.
