|Jalapenos||6 , stems and seeds removed and chopped very fine|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped very fine|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, chopped very fine|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Fresh cilantro||1 1⁄2 Bunch (150 gm), chopped very fine (Small Bunch)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Less To Taste)|
Mix everything together.
Let it stand at room temperature for about an hour to let flavors blend.
