Chilli Lime Marinated Scallops

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked king prawns 12 , peeled, deveined and cut into 2 centimeter lengths
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Scallops 24 , lightly poached
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 60 Milliliter
  Fresh squeezed lime juice 60 Milliliter
  Dill sprigs 4 (For Garnish)
  Lime rind 1 , cut into strips
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the scallops and prawns with the lemon juice, lime juice, chilli sauce, lime rind, dill and oil, mix well; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
