Pico De Gallo
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Sweet onion||1⁄2 , slivered|
|Tomato||1⁄2 , diced|
|Salad oil/Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Cut and mix cucumber, onion, green pepper, and coriander leaf.
Add oil with wine vinegar and salt.
Pour dressing over salad and mix lightly.
