Lettuce Or Watercress Puree
|Watercress/2 medium sized lettuce||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Potatoes||300 Gram, peeled|
|Beef stock||1 1⁄2 Liter|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Chop the watercress or lettuce coursely, (save 1/2 cup for garnish).
Saute for a few minutes in the butter Cook the potatoes in the beef stock until soft.
Add the sauteed watercress or lettuce to the cooked potatoes and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Place in the work bowl, two cups at a time and process for some 20 seconds or until it has a fine texture.
