|Bleu cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Chopped chives/Green onion tops||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Pimento||1 , chopped|
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
Hollow out center of lettuce, leaving a 1 inch shell.
Beat cheeses and milk together until smooth.
Add chives and pimento; mix thor oughly.
Fill lettuce hollow with cheese mix ture.
Refrigerate until cheese is firm.
Just before serving, cut across the lettuce mak ing 3/4 inch slices.
Serve with French dress ing.
