Fried Lettuce recipe is very easy to folow and the end result is just yummy! I prepare the Fried Lettuce quiet often at home and serve it with warm rice. It’s a wondrously simple dish that you should try too
Ingredients
  Lettuce 7 Large
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Wash and trim the lettuce and shake off excess moisture.
Cut into four.
Heat the oil and fry the lettuce for 1 minute.
Add the crushed garlic, salt and Vesop; mix well and cook for another minute.
