Lettuce With Mushrooms
|Mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Leek||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|White wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Head of lettuce||1 Pound|
Cook and stir mushrooms, leek and garlic in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in vinegar, salt, mustard and pepper.
Cover and simmer just until lettuce is wilted, about 5 minutes.
Toss; serve immediately.
