Raw Lettuce Wraps And Sushi Rolls

Ingredients
  Sushi wrap 1 Medium
  Lettuce leaf 1 Medium
  Peanut butter 1 Tablespoon (mixture paste)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped finely
  Avocado 1 Medium, mashed
  Sprouts 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame tamari 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. For Sushi Wrap: Over a sushi wrap sheet spread peanut butter, sesame tamari and ginger paste.
2. Arrange carrots, cucumber, tomato, green onions and red bell pepper on the sushi wrap.
3. Roll carefully as shown in the video.
4. For lettuce wrap: on a lettuce leaf place cucumber, carrot, green onions, tomato, avocado and sprouts.
5. Roll carefully to make a lettuce wrap.

SERVING
6. Serve with your favorite dip or sauce.
