|Minced chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cabbage||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Chopped pickles||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 , diced|
|Apple||1 , minced|
|Diced carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove loose outer lettuce leaves; remove core and heart.
Cream cheese with vegetables and seasonings; pack tightly in lettuce cavity.
Wrap in foil; chill until ready to serve.
Cut head into quarters; serve with French dressing.
