Tuna Stuffed Lettuce Cups
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato slices||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Boston lettuce||3 Medium|
|Flaked tuna fish||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked green peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Wash lettuce well, remove turned outer leaves and cut off stems so head will stand up.
Pull leaves back carefully and cut out hearts.
Turn lettuce heads upside down and drain well.
Combine tuna fish, eggs, peas, onion, celery, mayonnaise and seasonings to taste.
Fill lettuce heads with mixture.
Serve garnished with tomato slices and additional mayonnaise.
