Vegan Lettuce Wraps
This is a very easy snack to put together. When you marry all of these ingredients together, you get this wonderful tasting masterpiece that will please everyone for sure. So light and great tasting, you can't go wrong. There are so many varieties that you can add to this, make it your own.
|Romaine lettuce leaves||4 , rinsed and dried|
|Tomato||1 Large, cut into thin slices|
|Fresh mint leaves||4|
|Cucumber||1 Small, cut into small slices|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced carrots||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||2 Tablespoon (Raw)|
1. Lay the romaine lettuce leaf flat on plate.
2. Add all of the other ingredients.
3. Roll it all up tightly and place a toothpick to hold it in place.
