Creamy Wilted Lettuce
|Sour cream||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Head of lettuce||1 , torn|
|Green onions||4 Medium, sliced|
In large mixing bowl or serving bowl, Cook bacon between pieces of paper towel 3 minutes, 15 seconds or until crisp.
Remove paper and bacon, leaving about 3 tablespoons drippings in dish.
Stir in sour cream, egg, vinegar, sugar and salt.
