Thai Beef On Lettuce Leaves

|Asian fish sauce||2 Teaspoon (Nam Pla)|
|Grated peeled ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Thai red curry paste||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Thinly sliced lean roast beef||3⁄4 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Carrot||1 , grated|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 , seeded, thinly sliced|
|Red onion||1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , peeled, seeded, and chopped|
|Chopped cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

1 Combine the lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, ginger, and curry paste in a small bowl; mix well to dissolve the sugar.
2 Combine the roast beef, carrot, bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, and cilantro in a large bowl. Add the lime juice mixture and toss well to combine.
