|Sheep sorrel leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Miners lettuce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , diced|
|Cooked black-eyed peas||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained|
|Bacon strip||6 , fried and crumbled|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Salad oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Add greens to salad bowl with eggs, peas, bacon and onions.
Mix remaining ingredients in bottle to serve with salad.
