Wilted Miner's Lettuce
|Miner's lettuce||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , sliced|
Shred Miner's lettuce into salad bowl.
Saute bacon crisp.
Remove from pan and drain bacon on paper towels.
Crumble and set aside.
Add vinegar, salt and pepper to bacon drippings.
Bring to boil and pour over lettuce.
Toss and serve at once topped with egg slices and crumbled bacon.
