Red Lettuce Bowl

Ingredients
  Halved green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Broccoli florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red leaf lettuce head/1 head radicchio lettuce 1⁄2
  Mushrooms 6 , sliced
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 , diced
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Red onion slice 1 , separated into rings
  Russian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place the green beans in a steaming basket over boiling water.
Steam for 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and steam an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
Remove from steamer and rinse under cold water until cool.
While the vegetables steam, tear the lettuce leaves in half crosswise.
Arrange the top halves around the outside of a plate or shallow serving bowl.
Place the bottom halves in the middle.
Place the mushrooms on the lettuce in the center.
Layer the beans and broccoli on top of the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the peppers and parsley over the salad and arrange the onion rings on top.
