Wilted Lettuce With Egg

Ingredients
  Torn leaf lettuce/Spinach 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, sliced into rings
  Bacon strips 3 , diced
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hard-cooked egg 1 , chopped
Directions

Place lettuce and onion in a large salad bowl; set aside.
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp (do not drain).
Stir in vinegar, water, salt and pepper.
Pour over lettuce and toss gently until well coated.
Top with egg.
