Romaine wraps are a great on-the-go meal. They are super versatile and can be filled with whatever toppings you like. This recipe is also great for both dieters and maintainers alike!
  Turkey meat 1 Pound
  Romaine lettuce 2
  Wishbone spritzer 1 Tablespoon
  Spicy ranch dressing 2 Tablespoon (Hidden Valley)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon

Rinse lettuce leaves.
Lay turkey on lettuce.
For dieters, spray with Wishbone Spritzer and enjoy!

For maintenance, add a small amount of Spicy Ranch dressing and a sprinkle of cheese.
