|Head of lettuce leaf||10 Ounce|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Wash lettuce, drain and pat dry. Tear lettuce into large pieces; put into a bowl and set aside.
2. Arrange bacon on a microwave-oven-safe roast rack set in a glass baking dish. Cover with a paper towel. Cook in microwave oven
6 to 7 minutes at High, or until crisp. Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon drippings. Crumble bacon and add to lettuce.
3. Combine reserved bacon drippings and remaining ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 to 5 minutes at High, or until mixture boils. Pour over lettuce and bacon; toss lightly.
