Braised Lettuce

Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1 (Use Boston Or Romaine)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Minced parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Carefully wash lettuce.
Discard any wilted outer leaves.
Cover with boiling water and let stand 2 minutes (Or steam it.)
Drain, dry with towel, and let cool.
Cut lettuce in half through the stem, then cut again into a total of 6 sections.
Line a shallow pan with lettuce sections, press them down slightly.
Sprinkle with broth mix, add 1/2 cup boiling water, cover pan with lid or aluminum foil, and cook 8-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
