Yellow Lentil

Yellow lentils are a type of pulses which are mostly made and consumed by south Asian countries like India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Also known as Moong dal, this type of lentil is a very healthy dish that most vegetarians intake. This dal is prepared using ingredients like water, turmeric powder, moong dal, onions, cumin, tomatoes and salt. Yellow lentil is mostly served with chapatis or rice.
