Baked Lentil Loaf

Ingredients
  Lentils 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), cooked
  Millet 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Bacon slices 2 , broiled, chopped
  Onions 2 , grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch, ground
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend all ingredients, adding only enough stock to moisten.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 375° F. for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve with favorite sauce.
