Lentil Stuffing

  Lentils 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, pureed
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tart apple 1 , grated (With Skin)
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch, ground
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
Good for stuffing vegetables.

This stuffing seems to be very good..though I think I may skip the yeast. it is quite nutritious overall!
