Baked Lentils

Ingredients
  Lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 2 , diced
Directions

Rinse lentils; drain. In saucepan, combine lentils, water, onion, and salt. Bring to boil; cover and simmer 45 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, catsup, molasses, mustard, and bacon. Pour into casserole or bean pot. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
