Vegan Sloppy Joes With Lentils

Ingredients
  Lentil 3 Cup (48 tbs), precooked
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat bread slices 2 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, cook lentils, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce together on medium heat.
2. Cook it for 5 – 10 minutes.
3. Toast slices of sandwich and top a slice with cooked lentil. Put another slice on it.

SERVING
4. Serve with desired sauce.
