Pea Soup With Red Lentils And Barley

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), minced
  Dried mixed yellow and split green peas 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Red lentil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Barley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Carrots 4 , diced
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Water/Vegetable stock 18 Cup (288 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a soup kettle, add all the ingredients except the seasoning.
2.Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on gentle heat for upto 2 hours
3.Check if lentils and peas are tender.
4.Add seasoning

SERVING
5.Serve hot.
