|Onion||1 Medium, peeled and chopped|
|Parsley/Watercress||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), stems removed (Small Bunch)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)|
|Moong dal||1 1⁄4 Pound (Leftover, Use Cold)|
Mix the onion, chopped chile, parsley or watercress leaves, and lemon juice together.
Stir the mixture into the dal and serve cold.
