Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Parsley/Watercress 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), stems removed (Small Bunch)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)
  Moong dal 1 1⁄4 Pound (Leftover, Use Cold)
Directions

Mix the onion, chopped chile, parsley or watercress leaves, and lemon juice together.
Stir the mixture into the dal and serve cold.
