|Dry lentils||2 Cup (32 tbs), rinsed and sorted|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and chopped|
|Chopped carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried marjoram||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
2) Garnish as desired and serve.
Check after 5 hours and if needed add one more cup water.
