Smothered Lentils

Ingredients
  Dry lentils 2 Cup (32 tbs), rinsed and sorted
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and chopped
  Chopped carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.

SERVING
2) Garnish as desired and serve.

TIPS
Check after 5 hours and if needed add one more cup water.
