LENTIL RICE MUSHROOM LOAF

Ingredients
  Cooked brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked lentils 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet paprika 1 Dash
  Whole wheat toast crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Put in well oiled loaf pan (61/2" x 31/3" x 21/2") and bake for 30 minutes in very moderate oven — 350°F.
Turn out on hot platter and garnish with parsley, strips of pimento; Serve with tomato sauce
