Lentils a la NutBerry Maple

  Lentils 2 Cup (32 tbs) (I Like French Lentils)
  Nutberry maple granola 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Heaping, Nature'S Indulgence)
  Dried onion 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Sambal oelek chili paste/Crushed red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 5 Cup (80 tbs)

Combine all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until lentils are desired consistency – soft but intact. – about 40 – 50 minutes.
