Creamy Lentil Soup

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, cut into pieces
  Lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tomato sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Blend onion in blender container till finely chopped.
Rinse lentils; drain.
Place in saucepan.
Add onion and next 6 ingredients.
Cover and simmer 1 hour.
Remove bay leaf.
Blend mixture in blender container till pureed; return to saucepan.
Add milk; heat and stir till hot and blended.
Season to taste.
