  Cooked lentils 2 Ounce (60 Gram, Brown / Green Colored)
  Garlic To Taste
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon (Seed / Other Type)
  Coarsely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Frying)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Flavour the cooked lentils with garlic, mustard and parsley, bind with the eggs, season, and cook as for Spanish Omelette in quite a generous amount of olive oil.
