For spicy lentils
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 2 , finely chopped
  Onion 2 , finely chopped
  Tomato 4 , chopped
  Cooked tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Optional)
  Canned lentils/Fresh lentils 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red chili 2 , chopped finely
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Zuchhini 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Yellow capsicum 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
For yogurt with mint
  Unsweetened yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Lemon 1 , juice extracted
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
For couscous
  Couscous 350 Gram
  Boiled water 350 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
For salad
  Lettuce leaves 10 , torn
  Radish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Lime 1 , juice extracted
  Maggi beer salad dressing 1 Tablespoon

1. In a deep pan, put olive oil and garlic and turn on the heat.
2. Add onion, salt and pepper, when onions turn translucent, add tomatoes and the cooked tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add lentils, zucchini and yellow capsicum, cook for another 5 minutes, add red chili and cumin. Cook for 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
4. In a bowl, place yogurt, mint, lemon and olive oil, cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate.
5. In a mixing bowl, place couscous, add boiling water mixed with salt and oil. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
6. In a salad bowl, spread lettuce leaves, add radish and cucumber, pour the dressing mixed with lime juice.

7. In individual serving plate, put some salad on side, place 2-3 tablespoons of spicy lentils, a tablespoon of couscous and yogurt mint mixture.
