Baked Lentils With Cheese

Ingredients
  Dried lentils 12 Ounce
  Chopped onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (No Salt Added)
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Bay leaf 1
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rubbed sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 6 Ounce
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In 13-by-9-inch baking pan, combine all ingredients except cheese and parsley. Cover with foil; bake until carrots are tender, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake until cheese is bubbly, about 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
