Lentil Hummus

A quick and easy hummus recipe that you can make in your blender with Lentils...a great source of protien and other nutrients.
Ingredients
  Lentils 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked (Joseph's Granary Lentils)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chili flakes To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste and serve with crackers, pita chips, fresh veggies or whatever you like.
