  Onion 120 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)
  Celery 120 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)
  Mushrooms 240 Milliliter, sliced (1 Cup)
  Cooked red lentils 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Cooked adzuki beans 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Mung bean sprouts 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Sliced water chestnuts 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Low sodium tamari sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
